Frances P. Carroll, age 65, of Centerville, Iowa, died on Saturday, December 31, 2005 died in her home in Centerville, Iowa.  She was born on August 28, 1940, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Henry and Pearl (Frazier) Spiers.  She was a graduate of Black Hawk County Community Schools.

On August 6, 1962, Frances was united in marriage to George E. Carroll in Stockton, California.  She was a CNA at a nursing home. 

Frances was preceeded in death by: her parents; her husband, George Carroll; a sister, Viola Speirs; and a brother Elmer Spiers.

She is survived by: a sister, Ada Braden of Fremont, California.

Arragements are being handles by the Schmidt Family Funeral Home, 501 North 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.  Frances was cremated with there being no visitation or funeral services.  Burial will be at a later date at the Unionville Cemetery, Unionville, Iowa.
